Sales Team Leader

The Company
Working within modernised offices, our largely expanding Doncaster based client is looking to recruit a highly efficient team leader.
The Role
- Your role will be to support a call centre team on their daily activities
- You will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the sales team, ensuring they offer their customers a high level of quality customer service at all times
Hours & Days:
This will be working Monday to Friday 12 noon to 20:00
About You:
Due to the role our client requires the successful candidate to have been in a team leader position previously.
You must be a good communicator and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of insurance/finance will be a definite advantage
