Our client is a general engineering company specialized in tooling technology and they are looking for a Draughtsperson.
Correct interpretation of customer in producing manufacturing drawings.
Operate machine and equipment in a safe manner, keeping machinery, equipment and surrounding area clean & tidy.
Recognise the requirements of the ISO 9000 2000 & API Q1 quality management system in relation to you own job & the organisation.
Your duties:
To be involved in both identifying and solving own training and development needs in conjunction with Engineering/Workshop Manager / Technical Director.
Produce correct and accurate drawings for manufacturing purposes.
Assist Production personnel with co-ordinate information with regard to CNC Programming.
You need to have recognised engineering qualifications ONC or above, 2 years experience of using CAD systems and be familiar with Microsoft PC Packages.
Starting Salary: £22,500 rising to £23,400 on completion of 13 weeks
